
John is founder and principal broker of Albert Park Properties. After receiving his first real estate license in 1987, he began working for an independent firm in New York and specialized in income and investment properties. Along with listing and selling these properties, John developed a knack and sensible approach to managing real estate for his clients. Many real estate investors in New York are absentee landlords who require a trusted source to tend to their property.
In 1999, John formed a successful residential brokerage where he served as president and chief operating officer. Several years later the company was purchased by a Coldwell Banker franchise.
A graduate of Siena College with major studies in finance and accounting, John also attended The University of Salzburg in Austria concentrating on international business and German language. He has also achieved Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) accredited by The National Association of Realtors. Besides his real estate profession, John has held key positions for county and state government in New York and has worked with top executives in several industries.
Originally from The capital region of New York, John has become a New Yorker and enjoys the urban lifestyle. John contributes to several social and cultural organizations throughout the city and is active with various real estate trade organizations.
